Event Description

Learn the history, science, and health benefits of natural leavening and why it is essential in your diet when consuming any grain.  Learn how to introduce natural leavening into your busy lifestyle.  Learn what to look for in your leaven and how to keep it going. Learn easy recipes such as pancakes and waffles both wheat and with gluten free grains.  Also learn how to make easy quick breads.  Each person will receive some of our active old world natural leaven so you can get started immediately.  Bread samples included with the class.
