Any Berry/Fruit Vinaigrette

6 cups organic or fresh-pressed apple juice
3 to 4 Tbsp apple cider vinegar, to taste
1 to 2 cups berries or any other fruit of choice
3 to 4 Tbsp chia, to desired thickness 

Instructions: Blend juice, vinegar, and berries or fruit until smooth. Then turn blender to low and add 3 to 6 Tbsp chia seed and blend seeds as slowly as possible for 10 minutes in vinaigrette (without pulverizing seed). After seeds have swelled blend until pulverized *For making Pear- Nutty Salad Vinaigrette (see salad above), use fresh ripe pears for your fruit addition to the vinaigrette. Enjoy over and salad that has fruit or berries on it!
