Rocket Fuel for Runners
1 lemon, Juiced
2 cups water
2 tsp Deliciously Dill (by Spice Hunter)
3 large dates, pitted
3 Tbsp goat or sheep cheese (optional)
Blend everything but avocado together until smooth; then add avocado and blend until creamy. This dip takes seconds to make, and is a wonderful dip for your daily dose of raw solid veggies! Be sure to also save enough of this delightful dressing to add it to your favorite salad. If you are using any animal-based foods in your diet, it is easy peasy to blend in a little goat or sheep cheese to this dressing/dip, to taste. Be sure to adjust the amount of lemon juice to your preference and enjoy this ultra simple and refreshing dip!

Is there any way for the folks who live in another state to get any of the recipes taught at the classes in the kitchen, such as fermented salsa? I would love to attend the classes but distance prohibits.
