About Me

I was given the book Original Fast Foods almost 5 years ago. I was really sick at the time, and pretty desperate for help. When I read it, I knew that it was for me and I was ready to make the changes necessary. 5 years later, I am still following the diet and have continued to learn about diet and natural medicine and my family has been so blessed because of it. I run a few websites on the topic, the main one being TheCannyHomemaker.com and continue to promote Daniels Diet in all of my circles of influence. I love this lifestyle. I love having energy and health. I love the blessings of peace and wisdom that come from living this way. James and Colleen, thank you so much.
