Hi Sherry what did you change in the onion bread i want to learn how to make all of what you said in the last..... i can't eat normal foods ever thing need to be sprouted that gose in to the dehydrator..... Oh by the way do you use Excalibur dehydrator i heard that was a good one i can't wait to get started so what ever you want to send my way will be a big help i have lost to much weight trying to get on track with all this trying to get my liver healthy. I have met one person at the farmers market that makes spouted grains breads, but crackers are a hard one to found.
Out of your crackers which one can i use with Guacamole, Salsa, Bean dip.

Yes if you can share with me how you make your crackers that would be so great do you sprout your grains first? am on very mild diet.
