Recipes;

Hey Jim and Colleen this is Bob at the Bosch Kitchen Center in Sandy, and I have had some calls about the recipe in your last class up here with the starter. She wondered how to feed it exactly. I also wondered if you'd post the bread recipe or email it to me and I will give you a page in our site with that recipe on it. Let me know

wheat, "good for man."

I was wondering if anyone caught the KSL radio discussion today 11/4/10, about eating wheat. So far I have not been able to find the program and listen to it for myself. According to a second hand source, supposedly the discussion about gluten in wheat being problematic for people with celiac disease was followed up by the spokesperson saying that it was (NOT GOOD) for people without celiac disease to eat wheat bread that had the gluten taken out of it because we were not then getting all…
