I do not want to leave the impression from any former blog in this series, God's Dietary Pattern for Man, that I believe the works of science to be of little value; quite the opposite is true. Most researchers earnestly seek truth and are rewarded for their efforts by discovering truths that help put the entire tapestry of any subject… Continue

The question was raised where one may read more of the Essene writings about dietary lifestyle. You can read them online at the link provided in the comments below, or you can also purchase them at Amazon. To purchase, click the link

It should be understood that according to…

Consider the last funeral you attended. Evident at any viewing of a loved one is the fact that when the spirit or human intelligence leaves the body, there is nothing left but a corpse that has already begun its return journey to the dust. He or she whom we dearly loved has gone elsewhere. Respectfully, this is important imagery that can help to understand the topic at hand—living foods. God assigns to all organized matter known as plants, intelligences and gives to them a pattern of operation…

In the previous post we considered scriptures that speak of the foods which God ordained for man. All wholesome foods (not processed and refined foods) both in and above the ground were ordained for our use to be used with prudence and thanksgiving. Animals were also ordained for our use, to be used sparingly, not with excess, and absent of extortion. It is even pleasing to God if we choose to use them only in times of winter, cold, or… Continue

We are all busy people. We are on the run serving our families, church members, neighbors, and communities. We are planting and weeding gardens, mowing lawns, raking leaves, organizing and beautifying our homes, and serving in sometimes very heavy church callings. Yet, we want to eat healthy and feed our families high-nutrient dishes. Many of us have family members who aren’t…

Do you remember what it is like to have your body vibrate at the speed of love, joy, and accomplishment? Do you want to see things clearly, think accurately, feel accordingly, and act with greater alignment to truth than you do now? Do you believe that what you see, think, feel, and do impacts your happiness or that your health impacts the way these four things harmonize within you? I have come to know the best dietary lifestyle programs in the world while coming to better understand why the…

I am happy to have found this site with the help of my sister. This is pretty impressive! I bought a copy of ORIGINAL FAST FOODS about 4 years ago while attending BYU education week. I have read it cover to cover and tried some of the recipes. I notice that there is now another edition. Is the new one very different from the first edition? If so, how? I will purchase a new book if it is recommended that I do so.
I look forward to using this new website ..... and making new…

I have had my starter for 2 months or more. I feed it, and have made pancakes, flatbread and loaves. The problem I have is getting the loaves to rise enough. They rise enough to not have a solid brick, but they won't rise above the pan. I have tried using more starter in the dough, stored it in the frig overnight then let it rise the next morning. It gets just above the pan, then when I put it in the hot oven they shrink to below the top of the pan. The taste is good. I have watched the…

Hi there,
We are down here from Montana and would very much like to see your store, and anything else you have that would tickle my fancy! I would especially love to visit with you. Would that be possible?

Daniel's Challenge is wonderful, because of it's emphasis on the
Word of Wisdom. Over the month of March, I've worked on
Daniel's Kitchen Challenges except for making naturally leavened bread. Until I get back to my
Bosch in April, making bread is out of the question. I'm having so…

I have listened to the February phone in programs and enjoyed those a lot. SO, where are the March archives? I have looked but not found them, I am sure you have them somewhere!
Thanks for all you do!

I am Dr. Chris Chapman, I am a NUCCA chiropractor. I have practiced NUCCA in Provo, Utah since 1998 and am most grateful to have had the opportunity to have helped many people with their various health challenges, many of who had not found answers anywhere else. I chose the name “The Mending Path” as the name of my Blog because healing, more often than…
