I don't have a Green Goddess Dressing that I've tried, but here is one I made up after looking at several recipes on line. You may want to try it, make adjustments until you love it and then add it to the recipes forum:)

Ingredients:

• 1 cup cashews (soaked for 2 hours) or 1 cup young coconut meat (without coconut water)
• 1/4 cup olive oil
• 1/4 cup cauliflower
• 1/2 cup water or more to desired consistency
• 1 teaspoon mustard
• 1 teaspoon pure maple syrup
• 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar 
• sea salt (to taste)
• 1 cup chopped scallions, (6 to 7 whole scallions, chopped)
• 1 cup chopped fresh basil leaves
• 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (2 lemons)
• 2 teaspoons chopped garlic (2 cloves)
• 2 teaspoons anchovy paste (not sure what this does)
• 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Instructions: blend all together in high-speed blender.

Hi Mary, I've been using them to replace Ultra Gel as a thickener in several of our dressings. It has worked very well. Most often I leave the seed whole, but sometimes blend the seed. Both options work; however, blending the seed sometimes changes the overall flavor of the dressing favorably and sometimes unfavorably, depending upon the dressing. It's very easy to use as a thickener. Jim
