After many tries and errors came up with this green drink recipe that turns out great every time, the proof of it been good is that the family will drink it in a heartbeat. Hope you like it too, enjoy!

Add to blender in following order:
  • 2-3 C seeded red grapes (better if they're sweet)
  • 1 big handful organic spinach (I use the baby ones from Costco)
  • 1-1 1/2 C of organic antioxidant frozen fruit blend from Costco (or you can use frozen strawberries and blueberries)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds.
Blend really good. Because of the grapes you don't need to add juice or water or sweetener. If you want it less thick add more grapes or a bit of water. It is really nutritious and delicious :)

Awesome, thanks Cynthia. You can also go to Forums, click on the drinks forum, and add a new drink there as well. After clicking on recipes and forums, take a look at the different recipe categories and feel free to add to them as you like.

Best,
Jim
