Thank you for this wonderful site. I appreciate the work that you are doing. I was wondering if you have a store or a place I could go to pick up the book and the starter or if I just have to order it? I'm very excited to make some NL bread.
Thank you for your warm welcome! I absolutely love this site and have learned so much from the videos. My husband was diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes and we are making some major life style changes to help him over come this disease. Your site has helped me learn how to feed our family better and I cannot thank you enough.
What part of Houston is your son serving in at the moment? We moved here in July and love the area and the people. I will be on the lookout for an Elder Simmons.
Again, thank you for the warm welcome.

I apologize I think my post was put on your blog more than once. I was just trying to edit it. I had left out the word Daniel's before the word Challenge. Please remove all but one post if possible. Thank you!!

I received the email about support groups. Since my surgery a year ago this month for an acoustic neuroma I've returned to work part time. I would be very interested in being a suppot group and event group leader for the Portland Oregon and surrounding areas. This would be a great fit for me because my husband who has cancer and I are trying to do everything we can to improve our health. Everyone tells us we look great, but it's what's going on inside. Eating right and taking care of our bodies physically and spiritually has become are greatest pass time. I just bought my son and daughter and their families a copy of your book and sent them an email telling them with all sincerity that this could be the second most important thing we've ever done for them. Like accepting the gospel seventeen years ago Daniel's Challenge can change their families future generations lives for the good. Thanks

It tells e to download the Daniel's Challenge eBook and to look at the seven Kitchen challenges. Although I've been poking around, I have yet to find the ebook or the seven Kitchen challenges. ;( - I guess I am still learning how to navigate the site. I'm not even sure I'm posting this in the right place. At any rate, can you give me the link that takes me directly to the ebook - or help me navigate to it? Many thanks, again!
I wish I would have found it before I bought the old book - but I've learned much from it and it helped me find your new book and your fantastic website (along with those great videos) - so it's all good.
I hope there'll be some classes and demonstrations in the near future - if so, I'm looking forward to attending.
I bet the research is constantly changing - how encouraging that there is more and more support for this great law of eating. How about the recipes in the two books? Are they the same?
(We are trying your Evening Vegetable Dish from the video for dinner tonight - it looks great.)
Jim, It was great to meet you and Colleen in person. I really enjoyed talking with you. I hope we can get together again sometime, so I can pick your brain. I have a lot of questions I would like your insights on. I'm going forward with my garden box plans and would like your ideas on food storage, canning, dehydrating etc. Keep up the great work. I read all your posts.
I am so technically challenged that I am going to have to have someone help me import friends so I can use my inbox. In the meantime, I am loving my book, not quite through all of it yet, but anxious to try the recipes. I am especially interested in learning how to sprout grains and seeds but I have not come across directions for how to do that. I see "sprouted" grains in the recipes but I have not ever done that successfully so I want to know how you recommend that. We have gluten intolerance in our family so I usually use quinoa, teff, buckwheat, amarynth, brown rice, and a variety of other grains and also some seeds.
Thanks for the welcome today! We are glad to be here and glad to be enjoying Daniel's Challenge. Thanks for all the work you and your wife did writing this great book!
Very nice visiting with you as well Jim. I uploaded a picture of the family (current as of last fall 2009). Kristen is just as apt to make a comment on the site as myself, so I changed our profile name to Ken and Kristen Clark. I look forward to additional visits with you as well!
Thanks for the greeting! I like watching the videos on the site because it makes everything seem so easy. Keep them coming! I do have a couple of questions. 1. What is the brand/model/ of the juicer used in the videos? 2. What is the brand/model of the blender used in the videos? They both look like really great things to have with this healthier way of eating. This website is a great resource for those of us who get overwhelmed when starting something new like this. Thank you for making it so much easier!
I am a student and have just completed SNH's nutritional herbologist program. It has been a wonderful discovery experience and I look forward to continue learning everything I can about health and wellness. No forum topics yet....I'm just learning the site, but what I've seen, I like. :-)
Thanks Jim- Your site was recommended to me by a friend at the School of Natural Healing. It looks like a wonderful way to share and help others learn the principles of good nutrition. Thanks for all the work you have put into it- it is a wonderful cause! I will hang out for awhile. If I can be of any service, please let me know.
BTW- the bird on my icon is a painted bunting. It was in my neighbors back yard! :-)
Thank you. I ordered the book and it should be arriving tomorrow. I'm anxious to get started. One more question...Can I expect this way of eating to help with any kind of hormone imbalance I'm experiencing? If you answer this question in the book, let me know and I'll read about it when I get it. I do have to say that it is wonderful to be able to get feedback from you like this.
