Hi Jim, thanks for the greeting! I live in New York City, but try to escape to my hometown in Connecticut when I get a free weekend. Your site is absolutely amazing. I am a huge fan! I downloaded the ebook and will read through it this week. I appreciate all the tips and videos that you provide on the site and will contact you with any questions! Have a nice weekend. Nicole
I have a question about the NL starter. I have added the cup of flour, at 8 hours of sitting on the counter there were no bubbles, no rising. So now at 24 hours it doesn't look any different. I live in Arizona so my kitchen isn't cold.
Do you cover the bowl? If so, with a cloth or plastic wrap?
I've used sour dough starter before - white flour - waffles & didn't have a problem making it work. PLEASE HELP or do I need to start over?
Jim, I found this question posted and copied it since I have the same question--Maureen
"I have listened to the February phone in programs and enjoyed those a lot. SO, where are the March archives? I have looked but not found them, I am sure you have them somewhere!'
Hi James... thank you for your books and for this site. I would like to invite friends but the page is not allowing me because my @ address is Q.com and that is not an option. I tried the other way and don't know how to browse to find it since it's not on my computer in any documents. It is an MSN account through Quest and I've noticed several sites don't allow it.... would love to share this your site with most of my address book if I don't have to type in everything manually. I'm not the most technically savvy person but if you know what I can do I'll try it!
Hello James---thank you for this great new web site: it is and will be excellent for our lives and we are grateful to you for this. --- we have added the "immune builder green drink ingredients to our grocery list and look forward to the benefits you have provided us with through this!
I have one question: When i registered I used my full name"Myrna Olson" and did not realize that this would be viewed publicly. (Even though "the way your name is displayed" was stated on the sign-in page--I did not understand the implications of that statement---I'm not very computer-wise!). Is it possible to change my viewed name to just " Myrna" rather than "Myrna Olson". Much appreciation if this is posssible.
