Learn how to use Tempeh, a staple in Indonesia for over 2,000 years. Tempeh is a highly nutritious fermented food that is extremely rich in protein, fiber and vitamins, helps to lower LDL and is considered an excellent replacement for meat. We will create several recipes using Tempeh including Roasted Red Pepper Tempeh Panini on Homemade Artisan Bread with Homemade Hummus, and Asian Tempeh Salad with Sesame Lime dressing. We will also create a delicious Oil- Free Balsamic Vinaigrette dressing. Learn health tips on how to prevent heart disease & sample a non-dairy Raw Strawberry Ice Cream! This is all plant- based nutrition, and super yummy!

That is awesome you will be coming to Utah in August. I will be teaching two classes and would love to have you come. One class will be on Saturday, Aug. 13 and the other on Tuesday, Aug 23rd.
