When I have made your "soups" I cook way too much. Normally the kids will eat a couple bowls of soup, but these are more like what we term "casseroles."

Original Fast Foods encourages bulk-food preparation so that you don't have to prepare every meal from scratch everyday. It takes the same amount of time to prepare enough for just one meal as it does to prepare enough for a month. Portion it in serving-size containers and have ready-made meals in your refrigerator or freezer. Or, cut down amounts to be sufficient for a single meal, whatever best suits your preference.
