Recipe:
1 cup fresh carrot juice
1 to 2 tomotoes
1 cup sliced mushrooms (optional)
1 to 2 T Braggs Liquid Aminos
1/4 cup sliced walnuts
1/4 to 1/2 onion, sliced
1 to 2 Tbsp garlic, minced
Choice of nutrient-dense veggies.
