These dinner veggies remind me an awful lot of marinara sauce without the pasta. We miss Italian food quite a bit. With these great dishes, we won't miss it anymore. Thanks again.

This worked beautifully for me using canned tomatoes when I didn't have fresh ones on hand. I also don't have a juicer, so I chopped carrots and onion very fine in my food processor. It was delicious!

I am amazed at how wonderful this vegetable dish was! The sauce had a wonderful flavor, and the brussel sprouts an zucchini were so tasty (two vegetables I rarely cook with but have a great recipe for!). My four year-old and infant both loved it! Keep the great recipe videos coming please! :)

Hi, where do I find the specific recipe? I tried this guestimating, but couldn't find it in either the original or 2d edition of Original Fast Foods. It was yummy! I added a pinch of cayenne.

You know, we just made this approach up on the fly a couple months ago--like most of our dishes, and I don't believe I've created a true recipe for it yet. I'll post a recipe that should help get you started just below the video above.

Thanks! I don't have a juicer, but simply put the carrots into the blender with a little water and voila! Carrot juice.

Are you using fresh garlic or a bottled brand? It looks delicious.

Either fresh-pressed garlic or the bottled variety from Costco work fine.

I tried this without the mushrooms and Braggs, and it was really great! Tonight, I'm including the Braggs and the mushrooms!

All I had on hand was Tomatoes(I used some that I canned last year), garlic, Zucchini and onion. I also added Cumin and Cilantro. It was super good so I look forward to trying it again when I have more of the ingredients used in the video. I am so glad my mom told me about this site!
