If you saw the garlic tomato kale video clip, you will enjoy filling your mind with other creative ideas that can build off the same delightful base for steaming your vegetables. Anything you do to increase non-starchy vegetable intake, will enable you to increase health and lower body fat.
Recipe:
1 cup fresh carrot juice
1 to 2 tomotoes
1 cup sliced mushrooms (optional)
1 to 2 T Braggs Liquid Aminos
1/4 cup sliced walnuts
1/4 to 1/2 onion, sliced
1 to 2 Tbsp garlic, minced
Choice of nutrient-dense veggies.

I have not like Mrs. Dash in the past, but it is perfect in this recipe. Thankfully, I have a few containers of Mrs. Dash in the spice cupboard! Good suggestion to use canned tomatoes when fresh aren't ripe or available, Eve.
