This has become one of our family's favorites when prepared with broccoli, Cawliflower, and swiss chard. Inad to have a name for my kids, so we now call it Simmon's Supper. Thanks!

I loved the recipe but I don't know what Braggs Luquid Aminos is. Could you clarify this. Thanks.

What type of pans do you use?  How do you clean them?

This recipe is delicious! We've made it a few times now. I haven't remembered to use the walnuts, but have included everything else. I have not like Mrs. Dash in the past, but it is perfect in this recipe. Thankfully, I have a few containers of Mrs. Dash in the spice cupboard! Good suggestion to use canned tomatoes when fresh aren't ripe or available, Eve.
