1 inch fresh ginger root
1/3 cup sesame seed tahini
3 Tbsp mellow white miso
3 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 Tbsp Braggs Liquid Aminos (to taste)
Instructions: combine ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
