There is a restorative frequency in the universe called love. It possesses the greatest healing power of all. If you can attune to it through music, service, kindness, gratitude, or in any other manner, it quickens and enlivens the soul. When going through the darkest time in my life, prayer and MUSIC kept me whole and brought light again to my life!  It is an incredibly powerful medium for healing.

Thank you for sharing; did you notice this man said the Lord had made him a holy man. His message about music is "love." So glad you made it through the darkness!

We love to send out greeting cards to show our gratitude to others. It also is fun to "on purpose" look for a reason to send a card to someone to help make their day. This in turn makes us feel good too. Showing our love through the written word.

Music has been one of the renewing centers of my life as a child and while raising my own 7 children. When I turned 50, my sweet Husband bought me a harp and I began lessons. Harp music is bringing my spirit new levels of joy and fulfillment each day as I progress one sweet little song at a time.

How awesome and inspiring Kathleen to have chosen to increase your talents at 50. A friend of mine used to travel the country as one of the directors for WordPerfect. To better use his time at the end of his days, he determined to take up the violin, rather than to watch TV in hotel rooms. He said that the violin afforded him an instrument that did not disturb adjoining rooms, as opposed to the trumpet that I play:) He has become quite accomplished on the violin and has commented similarly to you. I've taken up the Indian Flute and love to play it.
