Our children's favorite dip for cauliflower, carrots, apples, celery, etc. It's a flash to throw together and is a great way to increase raw vegetable intake.

Hi. Your dip looks good! What are your measurments for the peanut butter and applesauce?

This recipe is so easy we don't even use any measurements; just begin with plenty of applesauce and then add natural peanut butter until the flavor is just right for you!

I think I missed the exact amounts of peanut butter and applesauce.
Do you use salted peanut butter? Can you use almond butter?
I want to watch that again. I know my kids will love this. Thank you!!!

That looks delicious! I'm going to make some tomorrow. Was it equal parts of peanut butter and applesauce? Lou Ash

Hi Louella, no, there is a bit more applesauce; however, it's one of those recipes where you just mix to taste. I go lighter on the applesauce for two reasons. First, it is more calorically friendly; and second, the peanut butter carries its flavor well without having to be equal.
