Lovely, simple five minute soup.
See complete recipe on page 168 of Original Fast Foods. If you are in a weight-maintenance mode, you can enrich this soup further by adding a cup of coconut milk. Mmm!

This is wonderful! I was just thinking that you might want to sell some more products. Maybe some pans, etc. for those that already have the Fast Foods book. Love it! Looks great!!

I'll bet you could pressure cook this soup for 5 minutes in a Kuhn Rikon pressure cooker for an "all-day simmered" taste. I'm going to try it over steamed vegetables. It sounds terrific.

The blanket e-mail you sent out about using stored wheat. . .none of the links work. I had to look on Google for twenty minutes to find this site.

I'm sorry the links did not work. I'm still becoming accustom to how this system works. I've noticed that it is easy to break the links. I'll make a note of this and be more careful in the future. Thanks for bringing this to my attention.
