St. Patrick's Day Immunizer Drink!
My youngest son Danny and my oldest grandson Dillan were quite worried this evening about getting themselves good and ready for St. Patrick's day in the morning and asked if they could get out some green shirts and drink a green smoothie so they would be green on the inside and out and thus be well-immunized and protected against the mighty pinch.
So in the spirit of immune enhancing drinks we decided to create a drink from the following:
Each of these ingredients possess powerful immunizing properties and together they blend into a delectable drink. The boys are convinced that with this green drink they will be protected on the inside and outside this St. Patrick's Day.
After blending until smooth we poured out the drinks and lucky for the boys they were quick to claim their booty because when the blender turns on at our house it quickly sets the stage for the quick and the hungry!
They staked their claim and you can see below they are now good and ready for St. Patrick's Day. Check out those green mustaches!
These two happy campers loved this drink. If you have never tried it, it just might become your all-time favorite green smoothie drink! Check out the immunizing properties below:
Spinach: Hidden in that pile of greens above are antioxidants, anti-inflammatory nutrients, and vitamins that promote vision and bone health, plus glycolipids and galactolipids that help create good skin and prevent cancer.

Coconut Milk: Coconut is anti-viral, anti-fungal, and anti-bacterial and helps to keep skin and blood vessels flexible. It has many other wonderful properties as well.

It is a strong anti-oxidant, antimicrobial (kills harmful bacteria), it is a natural anti-biotic, contains anti-inflammatory agents, helps to eliminate congestion, helps kill parasites and their eggs, eases throat pain, kills cold viruses, helps kill various cancer cells, helps to improve circulation, digestion, respiration, menstral regularity, has natural blood thinning properties, helps lower cholesterol, and cleanses and stimulates blood.
