We don't want you to ever feel "spammed" or abused so if you receive unwelcome notifications from this site, please adjust your personal settings to best meet your preferences. Then, in the left hand column of the page you land on you will see several settings you control. Click on email and read through the various email notification options. For example, some people like to create events and be notified whenever someone rsvp's for the event. Some create their own health groups and use this website as their primary communication tool. We also send out a weekly newsletter; if you like it and it is useful, don't turn off the ability to receive it. If you don't want it sent to you, you can also control that.
