Pam - With the onion bread I take about 1/3 of the sliced onions and put them in the food processor and process them to a slush. Then I add everything together and spread them out on the teflex sheet.
Now the crackers............I cannot begin to give you ALL my recipes! That would be way too many. And I don't know about posting entire recipes here. Can you send me a private message through my profile? I think so. Why don't you do that and then we can home in on a cracker that might be to your liking. And besides some of them are not mine to post in public places, I got them from books.
Good Morning Pam! Port Townsend is a great town for raw food! They even sell it at the farmer's market.
I saw this comment and I'm really sorry, but which crackers? I'm not seeing anything in this area where I talked about crackers, but I do make a great many different kinds, none of which have grains in them. I use vegetables and nuts and/or seeds. Anything in particular you are looking for in the way of crackers? I might be able to help.
Do you have a dehydrator that stays below 118 degrees? If it doesn't have a thermostat it's probably set at about 250 as most dehydrators on the market are meant for making beef jerky.

Hope you understand.
Thanks, Shari
