Sherry, you may need to go into your junk mail or gmail filters and indicate that messages received from us are to go into your inbox. In MSN it is sufficient to move mail that has been filtered into the junk box into the inbox. I'm unsure of the requirement in gmail. I look to see what I can learn, but perhaps you could also take a look.
