Hello and Welcome, Kirsten! You are welcome to post here as well as with my group of friends in a forum I've set up on my website: www.VeggieTerryAnn.com I've asked everyone to include with their posts what week they are on in the challenge. Sometime during the challenge, most likely the majority's last week or two (if starting with me on Feb. 22nd), I will host a potluck where we can all physically meet, bring/share our favorite dish from the challenge and possibly have the Simmons' come speak to us.
