      With your gluten intolerance, you are off to a good start with the grains you mentioned. There is a video showing the sprouting of grains on the website for making pulse mix. It's simple really; just soak your choice of grains for 24 hours to soften them and to bring them out of their dormancy to full life. Then rinse them a few times a day until they begin to sprout. There are a number of sprouting containers you can use. Take a look at the video; it shows just one of such methods. The main idea with each method is to rinse the sprouts a few times a day after the initial soaking period, until the sprouts are to the stage where you want to include them in your meals:)
