Is there some place on this website where I can download some of the charts from the Original Fast Foods' book?I do have the book, but would like to make myself a copy of some of the charts for my personal use. I've tried to copy them using my scanner....but with no success.

Is Original Fast Foods available in digital format at all? I would love to access it from my phone or tablet. I searched Kindle and couldn't find it.

Hi Maggie, Original Fast Foods includes 161 recipes in the book and there are more out on this site. We are also building an online culinary course that is specific to eating without animal-based foods. All the recipes in Original Fast Foods are without animal products.

I was wondering if the Original Fast Food book has all the recipes in on this site, along with how to eat healty without animal products.

Can you recommend a substitute for bouillon?  Isn't it made from animal fat and not really good for you?

You should be fine. I love the first edition.

Can you tell me what the difference is between the two versions of Original Fast Foods?  I have the old one, has a lot changed that I should get the new one?

OK so I can't seem to find info anywhere as to how to contact you personally. I am wondering if I can get the original fast foods book as a digital download, since my kindle is practically an appendage, or if I can pick it up somewhere locally since paying 1/4 of the books price for shipping is not awesome and it is not available on amazon which is my other favorite place.  I did mention I love my kindle right?:)

Erin,

You might like to read a book called Fats That Heal and Fats That Kill. by Udo Erasmus.

I just purchased Original Fast Foods on Amazon, and then found your (great!) website.  The book I purchased has a different cover and was copyrighted 2005.  Is the information the same?

We love extra virgin coconut oil and Redmond clay for any kind of skin issues, internally used and externally used. I don't know if you have tried either one of those. I hope it helps.

I just thought of this after I posted. Shampoo and soap that you bath in need to be natural also. I am allergic to Propolene Glycol that is in almost every shampoo and conditioner. My head breaks out in sores when I use this type of shampoo or soap. My grandson has the same problems with detergents and shampoos and soaps. It causes eczema on his body too. I hope you find something to help.

Could it be the laundry detergent you're using? I itch terribly and have a rash all over when I sleep on sheets that are washed in regular soap. I have to use Free and Clear. It's worth a try.

Hi, my name is Erin and I began learning about Daniels Challenge 2 years ago. Immediately my family implemented a new dietary lifestyle and most of the foods we enjoy now are fresh, raw foods. We have seen and felt great improvements in our health and are so grateful for all that we have learned and are learning. However, 6 months ago I had my fourth child while continuing our new and healthier dietary lifestyle. 2 months after his birth he came down with a horrible rash on his head, which spread to his face and now slightly over his entire body. I was told it was cradle cap, eczema, allergies, toxins etc. At the same time I began to have similar problems on my right hand. I have increased my leafy green intake, tried wheat grass juice, noni juice, whole food supplements, super foods, herbs, essential oils, everything that I can think of that may help. I have also tried just not doing anything extra and nothing seems to be helping. I know and believe in the power of good food for healing. I have heard so many experiences from people about healing health problems and even skin issues with a change of diet, but I am really struggling with how to helpmy son to get rid of his rash and have beautiful soft and healthy skin. I want him to be comfortable and happy like he should be. If there is something out there that I am missing and someone can help me I am open to new information. If anyone can help I would be so grateful.
