Many clients, after tasting this soup, insist that it has the best texture and flavor of any soup they have every had. The recipe for Pulse Soup is found on page 128 of the second edition of Original Fast Foods. Enjoy!

I could not see this recipe in the book.

It is in the custom daily meal plan 7 on page 128 of Original Fast Foods Second Edition, or it can also be found in the printable meal plan 7 within the eCompanion Guide.

I'm spending some time going back through the videos now that I have the book. This one looks fabulous. In a couple weeks, I'll have a few extra mouths to feed at dinner time every night. I think they'll go for this one. Do you buy an already prepared mix of pulse or do you mix your own? Where do you buy it if it is a mix?

I'm making this soup for dinner tonight and I have sprouted way too much of the pulse mix. Can I freeze the extra amount?
Comment by James Simmons on January 21, 2011 at 5:15pm
I've never froze it before, but I don't see why not.

How do I get a copy of the companion guide.  I have an old outdated one.

Hi I have your wonderful book and the companion guide. I could find video links for the recipes in the companion guide but no actual recipes. I am currently living in Vietnam & my book is in storage. Is it possible to get the companion guide with the recipes or better yet, do you sell your book in downloadable format. If so I will gladly buy it again.

What kind of bullion does this soup use?

Use your favorite bouillon - chicken, beef, vegetable, etc.
