I think that you are supposed to buy the book for details.

Exact ingredients are listed for each recipe in the book Original Fast Foods. It's the foundation for everything we will be presenting for the health challenge that begins April 1. If you don't have it yet, be sure to get it, especially if you want to come to understand the best use of these recipes, not so much for the ingredients, as for how to maximize their use for your best health.

Your video says instant tapiocca but theOriginal Fast Foods book just says tapiocca, I have the pearl tapiocca and want to know if this is okay?

We made this desert and it was fabulous! I used 1/4 cup agave nectar and a packet of stevia instead of the maple syrup. We wanted the pudding to stay white and be a little more nuetral in taste without the maple flavor. It was fun!

I don't use soy milk. Has anyone used almond or rice milk?
