One of our Daniel's Challenge participants lost 44 pounds in six weeks while using this dressing over all his raw leafy greens and vegetables. It is sweet and has a nice bite! See instructions below:
Ingredients:
2 Tbsp olive oil
3/4 cup water
1 1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/4 small red onion
1/4 cup honey
10 almonds
2 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
Instructions: combine ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
