Where do you buy the ultra gel?

Ultra Gel is generally found in the canning sections of grocery stores. To see if it is available in your area google Carnet Foods. I believe you can order direct from the manufacturer if your local grocery stores do not carry it. It is in many locations and is the best thickener we know of that doesn't require heat. If anyone knows of similar products that carry a different label, they are welcome to share that information.
