Lovely, simple five minute soup. See complete recipe on page 168 of Original Fast Foods. If you are in a weight-maintenance mode, you can enrich this soup further by adding a cup of coconut milk. Mmm!

I'll bet you could pressure cook this soup for 5 minutes in a Kuhn Rikon pressure cooker for an "all-day simmered" taste. I'm going to try it over steamed vegetables. It sounds terrific.

This is wonderful! I was just thinking that you might want to sell some more products. Maybe some pans, etc. for those that already have the Fast Foods book. Love it! Looks great!!
