  • I made this tonight and it is VERY good. We all loved it! I didn't have pearl, I used instant and it was still great. I also used almond milk instead of soy milk. It's what I had. Thank you for a great recipe. It's a keeper.
  • I don't use soy milk. Has anyone used almond or rice milk?
  • We made this desert and it was fabulous! I used 1/4 cup agave nectar and a packet of stevia instead of the maple syrup. We wanted the pudding to stay white and be a little more nuetral in taste without the maple flavor. It was fun!

If you don't have it yet, be sure to get it, especially if you want to come to understand the best use of these recipes, not so much for the ingredients, as for how to maximize their use for your best health.
