Here are two of my favorite raw breakfasts with grains:
Fill bowl(s) which as much raw rolled oats as you want to eat.
Pour enough juice (apple is good) over oats to cover them.
Sprinkle with cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg
Let soak at least 20 minutes, or in frig overnight if desired.
Serve with fresh fruit and soaked nuts (optional)
Sprouted Grain Bowl
Put a handful of wheat, rye, buckwheat, or other grain sprouts in a bowl
Cover with applesauce, pear sauce or mashed banana (the latter is scrumptious!)
Stir and eat! (Really good served with a green smoothie)
