I love these video's. I found them very inspiring. Had my husband watch two of them with me. His story resembles the Johnsons but his was high cholesterol and borderline diabetes. His hip hurts every night as well. Can't help but wonder if it would improve with 100% compliance. But he's not up for it. By eating this way 90% his LDL cholesterol dropped 36% and his HDL raised 35%, A1C's came down to perfect. All in about 3 months. He just asked me to help him and i made up this way of eating for him and he followed it. It's easy for me to tell someone else how to eat but I am trying (once again!!) to conquer my sugar addiction. I've read every book!!!! EVERY BOOK!! Agree with it all. Maybe 100th time will be the charm. Love your books Jim and Colleen. I've had them for several years. But, I left them at home in Canada and we are currently serving a mission in France. I've wished I had them in a PDF copy so I could review the physical information. Do you have it in PDF format?
Lynn, I just sent one of our books over to be put into a kindle format. I hope to do the other the same way!

That's fantastic. I'd love to know when it's ready. By the way, when I wrote my last post I was frustrated with how my own day had went with food. I caved with a bit of an eating binge - although be it a healthy foods one - it was a binge nevertheless. I'm finding it difficult to balance healthy eating when I'm cooking for others a lot. For example dessert for District Meetings and there are 8 other young missionaries who are expecting chocolate chip cookies or cake and I want to bring a much healthier choice but want to please them at the same time. I have a lot to work through. I haven't really read EVERY BOOK but I've read enough to know what is good and what is not and I really struggle with decisions like these. Yesterday I thought I'd make a healthy apple crisp and as I got going I realised how expensive it would be and decided half way through that I'd turn it into an apple cake instead. I know I should never be alone in the kitchen with things like this but forged ahead anyways because I felt strong enough. Well, I wasn't. It turned into first sampling the dough and then to eating everything healthy in sight because the sugar triggered an unbelievable response in me. Then after realising how much I had "overeaten" because of my addiction I felt like a failure anyways. Sorry to go on but sometimes it's just hard and I wonder if I'll ever beat it. Of course I know I can with the Lord but it's in the moment that I completely forget to turn to him because the addiction just takes over. And that is why I probably need to get the sugar 100% out of my house. Then I guess District Meeting dessert just turns into fruit. Thanks for listening. Any thought would be appreciated.
This is awesome! Very inspiring! As always, THANK YOU!
Wow!! I'm So Thankful for this film, it makes me want to go and live in their Home, for about a week. How Cool is that!
