Nephi's Psalm

Nephi's Psalm is my sons favorite passage of scripture in all of holy writ. While this electronic booklet was originally written for his and my personal edification and study, it may also be useful to anyone who chooses to study The Robe of The Lord's Righteousness.  While most of everything I have researched and published upon this website is based solely on dietary and other supportive sciences, the following two booklets and journal address spiritual laws that must be integrated with physical laws for those who desire to attain health, strength, and the power to be made whole forever. 

As much as I have come to know about the science of diet, I am the first to admit that without securing the Lord's grace, the receiving and retaining a remission of poor health that has been caused by poor lifestyle habits is nearly impossible without God's grace.

Science demonstrates this fact well, inasmuch as 98 percent of all who lose 50 pounds or more gain it all back within two to three years or less, plus even more weight then before the initial weight was first loss. We will continue to post delightful and helpful recipes that you will love, such as an awesome soup we will release tomorrow. These particular spiritual publications, however, have been given to my understanding that I personally may be made strong where I am weak. They are some of the further instruction I have needed since I first heard the Lord's voice in 2000. If you are also weak as I, you might also find them to be useful.

To those who do not wish to receive any of the spiritual writings further, simply look at the category of the article on the forum just below the article's name. Spiritual related publications are always posted under the label health and religion. I know we will publish at least one more such publication, but it will be a full length book for children that teaches the forgotten ways of Zion, including of course, Zion's ways of lasting health:)
