Home of the Food Bowl Solution!

Foods highest on the above chart are highest in nutrients per calorie consumed. Leafy greens offer the greatest healing and nutritional strength of all foods. In contrast, refined sugar offers the least healing and nutritional strength of all foods. When it comes to obesity, heart disease, and 4000+ other food-borne diseases, the foods in the green and yellow area above have demonstrated that when eaten prudently they provide the greatest nutritional strength of all foods. The higher you center your eating choices on this chart, the more likely your body will establish its genetically-coded weight and the sooner it will arrest and reverse internal conditions that diminish your temporal capacity.

Keep in mind that greens and other vegetables are highest of all foods in mineral content and second highest in vitamin content. By comparison, fruits are highest in vitamins and second highest in mineral content of all foods. Together, whole fruits and vegetables offer the greatest nutritional strength of all foods. When complimented well with starches, they create a perfect diet. As you learn to eat like Daniel, you will come to achieve this simple and perfect balance.

Lesson Assignments:

  1. Create eight columns in a landscaped table, and add a title at the beginning of each column from items 1 thru 8 in the chart above. For example, title the first column "Leafy Greens," the second, "Solid Green Vegetables," the third, "Non-Green, Non- Starchy Vegetables," and so forth through number eight above. Then, under the first title make an extensive list of leafy greens that you will eat. Repeat this exercise for each of the eight categories of plant-based foods.
  2. Create a meal-plan for a day that uses foods from each of these eight food groups.
