Hello, I have some questions about the Daniels Challange. If anyone could answer them, I would be so grateful!
First: I can't figure out how many calories I am eatting. I seriously eat between 6-10 whole pieces of fruit, usually around 6 whole vegetables and 1lb or more leafy greans. It seems to be "cleaning me out" but I am loosing a lot of weight and dont really have a lot of weight to loose. In fact I've always been active and small (around 100 lbs) but not a healthy eater and after my health TOTALLY bottomed out after my last baby I knew I needed to change. I just can't figure out how to stop loosing more weight! Do you have any suggestions as to what I am doing wrong?
Second: I was a little confused with the steps of Mastering the Daniels challange. Are the recipes we can master for one person or for a family? If you are doing the highest potential vitality, should you not eat the meal plans because they have grains and beans in them? Also, are those meal plans organized to help your blood sugar? In the past I have had to stear clear of beans and grains and starches because they were sending my blood sugar everywhere!
I seriously am at a loss! I feel like I am headed on the right track with the daniels challange but I am having a hard time fine tuning this for me specifically. Can anyone help?
