Can anyone help me understand the daniels challenge a little better?

Hello, I have some questions about the Daniels Challange. If anyone could answer them, I would be so grateful!
First: I can't figure out how many calories I am eatting. I seriously eat between 6-10 whole pieces of fruit, usually around 6 whole vegetables and 1lb or more leafy greans. It seems to be "cleaning me out" but I am loosing a lot of weight and dont really have a lot of weight to loose. In fact I've always been active and small (around 100 lbs) but not a healthy eater and after my health TOTALLY bottomed out after my last baby I knew I needed to change. I just can't figure out how to stop loosing more weight! Do you have any suggestions as to what I am doing wrong?
Second: I was a little confused with the steps of Mastering the Daniels challange. Are the recipes we can master for one person or for a family? If you are doing the highest potential vitality, should you not eat the meal plans because they have grains and beans in them? Also, are those meal plans organized to help your blood sugar? In the past I have had to stear clear of beans and grains and starches because they were sending my blood sugar everywhere!

I seriously am at a loss! I feel like I am headed on the right track with the daniels challange but I am having a hard time fine tuning this for me specifically. Can anyone help?

I was wondering if your knew of a slick way of calculating the 80/10/10 for each meal. I've never been a really counter of protein, carbs, etc and with fruit and veggies they don't have labels! Also, I read the grain blogs and one question I had, once soaked and sprouted, does the fat, carb and protein amount change? And do they become alkaline? Do they enter your blood stream first or are they stored in your liver until your blood needs glucose like fresh fruit?

I would love to be on the call! I didn't even know that you had them. How do I get on and what time is it?
And, thank you so much for responding! That was a pleasant suprise!
Also, when you sprout your grain it changes the ph. Does soaking beans do the same? Can you sprout beans and eat them without offending your taste buds?
And lastly, do you know of anything that actually heals the reproductive system if it has been damaged? Not to support it, but foods that will help repair? (Thats another little part of the mystery!)

Daniel's Challenge includes both weight-loss and maintenance plans, as well as complete meal plans. Don't use the weight-loss plans if you don't want to lose weight; rather, use the maintenance plan, which includes the use of grains and legumes. If you are losing too much weight, you need more healthful calories.
