While eating more vegetables and increasing our salad intake is critical, having a proper salad dressing is vital, too. It doesn't make sense to arrange a plate of God's greatest foods, then glop spoonfuls of MSG, altered oils, and preservatives on top! I'm sharing some of my favorite fresh dressing recipes with you!
