So are you saying to spout the grains ? I love eating old groats for my cereal i soak it over night than i cook it on the stove to a boil , take it off the stove put a lid on top and let it sit untill done cooking. what do you think of this idea ? Would like to hear from you or some one if the this grain needs to spouts green tails?
