      Hi, When you sprout your oat groats how do you know they are sprouted and how long dose it take before they sprout. it seams like alot of work sprouting all the grains and beans to make something to eat . how do you keep up with it.
      I really want to learn how to keep up with this way of eating hope you can share some ideas for me ......Thankyou

      Two ways to do it; first, dehydrator works great. Also, weather permitting, you can, use one of the netted pantries that have dehydrator trays and can be hung outside in the breeze and sunshine. If you want to grind your grain with a wheat grinder it has to be completely dry. Moisture will gum up the stones. Jim

      How do you dry the sprouted grains? Do you use a dehydrator or just leave them out in the air to dry? When do you know they are dry enough to grind?
