      Hi Catherine,

Sorry it took me a while to get back to you.  I wasn't feeling too hot yesterday.  Janeice's number is 801-400-7526.

I'm not really sure what to tell you about the brain fog.  I'm not very knowledgable about that. I'm sorry.  I wish I could be more helpful, but I'm only versed in the GAPS diet.  That isn't juicing, it's using bone broth to help heal your digestive tract.  You can read about it on line to get the gist of it.

      Hope this helps!

      Hi Catherine.

I'm new here. I'm sorry to jump in on your conversation. I don't know anything about the GAPS diet, but your symptoms of brain fog seem to relate to sodium deficiency, which is really common when you are cleansing. If you drink a glass of salted water (start with a 1/4 teaspoon in 8 to 10 ounces) I think that you'll feel better. It may be a good idea to drink it whenever you feel ill/ dizzy and unable to concentrate as you make dietary changes.

Best wishes for your health as well as your sons.

      Catherine,

I am working with a GAPS practioner near Provo/Orem area.  Her name is Janeice Benson.  Is this who you were going to contact?  If it is, she's great--but she does better by phone than by e-mail.  (if  this is the same person)  She's been helping me along the process.  You really do need a coach or someone to help you because this is like learning a new language and it's really foreign.  Let me know if you'd like me to give you Janeice's number

I'll let you know when my blog is up and running!

      Catherine,

I got your message.  To answer your questions--I started on the yellow book, It's called Gut and Psycholochy Syndrome.  I think it's $30 on the GAPS website.  I think there is a yahoo groups and I know there is a group on Facebook too that you can join.  I am currently working on making a blog, but it's not up and running yet.  Let me know if there is anything else that I can do to be helpful!  The book is worth every penny.... I tried to do this without the book, but I soon found out you NEED the book if you are going to try to do this.
