Hello Bethany, I just have to ask you if you have family members in Utah with the Swalberg last name, That was my Aunt Margaret's last name also.

      Hope your feeling better:-)

Thanks so much for sharing what you know of Janeice. Your recommendation is really helpful!

      Hi Bethany,

I've been thinking about consulting with Janeice Benson. Aside from being a GAPS practitioner, what is her profession?

      Thanks

      Brooke

Hi Bethany, Yes that is the name and yes I would like her phone number.  Before I can purchase the book, I need to know what I can do right now, this minute to help get my brain fog under control, probably a die-off as I have been trying to do the vegetable juice fast for a few days (check out video of Fat, SIck and Almost Dead) along with eating a bit of raw vegetable salads, egg and a little fruit when hungry, but very exhausted and can't think straight enough to help my son who needs help more than myself, not to mention other family members in serious need (a C-reactive protein above 9%).  Thanks again for answering back.  Cathy

Thank you Bethany for such a quick reply.  I will order the book.  There is also supposed to be a certified GAPS practitioner near my town who I have E-mailed and am waiting for her reply.  Please let me know when you start your blog.  I  have also had thoughts to start one as I have done my trial and error search for health over the last many years.  With all the books and information I have gathered, maybe even a side by side comparison would be helpful to document, as there are so many different opinions as to what is healthful and what is not.  But I don't want to reinvent the wheel if it's already to be had.  Guess it depends on one's own cause of dis-ease.  But there is TRUTH to be had right from the SOURCE.  Thanks again, with hope for your continued improvement. Cathy

Read your story and posts this morning at 5.am. on Original Fast Foods.  So which book did you get first for the GAPS diet (Gut And Psychology Syndrome or the GAPS Guide Book)?.  Do you have a blog that I can follow or E-mail that I can contact you.  Long-time trying to eat right with Original but mainly it's a hit and miss.  Now son who is austic, diabetic, has had first heart attack and as a mom I am desperate for hope and guidance and yes, asking through many prayers for divine help.  But I also know it's through people that the Lord finds ways to help us.   Need your insights as to where to start.
