When you are in the mood for something light and refressing, enjoy this dressing over a bed of leafy greens and raw veggies. Ingredients: 1 cup water 1 inch fresh ginger root 1/3 cup sesame seed tahini 3 Tbsp mellow white miso 3 Tbsp fresh lemon juice 1 Tbsp Braggs Liquid Aminos (to taste) Instructions: combine ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
