Most salsa today is cooked and not nearly as nutritious as this bold and enjoyable fresh salsa. Enjoy! Ingredients: 1/4 cup fresh cilantro 1 medium onion 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice 6 ripe roma tomatoes 1/2 serrano chili pepper 1 tsp apple cider vinegar 1 tsp sea salt 5 to 6 baby carrots 1 Tbsp pure maple syrup (optional) Instructions: Place ingredients in blender and use variable speed number one and increase slowly to speed four or five; run 10 to 20 seconds until ingredients are chopped to desired salsa consistency.
